This course is recommended for those who may need to complete an Independent Management Review in the future.

Course outcomes

The e-learning programme covers outcomes and key messages emanating from Serious Case Reviews dating back to 1945. It includes:

• in-depth modules outlining key policy, organisational and practice messages
• an historical timeline dating back to 1861
• a competence-based reflective practitioner diary
• an interactive resource centre.
